As part of a small advisory team, you will focus on working with line managers to improve the performance of their people and teams. You will provide a business focused HR advisory service to a dedicated area within the gallery supporting managers on the full range of resourcing and employee relations issues. We are looking for someone who can combine a practical understanding of current HR best practice and employment law with a proactive approach to building relationships with managers across the organisation. Ideally, CIPD qualified, you must have experience of recruitment and selection, change management and performance management, including identifying learning and development needs.
