Here is an opportunity for an HR professional operating within a high performing and forward thinking organisation who can demonstrate the stand out' HR qualities required of a true HR Business Partner to join this leading organisation.
Leaving transactional and operational HR duties behind, this role will see you delivering strategic advice and guidance to your clients in a solutions focused manner. You will have high level involvement in projects, both local and corporate, and be a source of expertise on change management and service planning, looking at cultural aspects of change rather than a focus on applying a policy. Influencing skills will be vital as will the ability to work with senior staff, to challenge their thinking and to be creative about supporting the design of organisational structures, whilst taking a cross-organisational view of proposals.
You will either be an experience HR generalist able to work autonomously, manage your own workload and prioritise. You will be able to demonstrate evidence of working closely with your clients to build HR elements into service plans. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and can build strong working relationships with your client base. Experience within large, complex, unionised environments is highly desirable.
This is a challenging role and you will be suitably rewarded with a good package including up to 23% pension contributions and a firm commitment to learning and development.
