A major support services company is looking for an HR Manager/HRBP to join their team. Responsible for a business unit of your own with about 300 employees you will be reporting to the HR Director and working within an HR team of approximately 8 people. Your role will be to manage day to day HR Operations within your business whilst planning, managing and executing key HR projects. Offering a true advisory and partnering service to the business you will be supported by a team of HR Officers and Administrators in the areas of ER and employment law whilst working closely with the other HRMs with regards to more strategic work.
Ideally you will be degree qualified and/or CIPD qualified (or equivalent) and will have proven experience as an HR generalist in a commercial or public and private environment. You must have a strong bias towards ER and have experience in TUPE and ideally unions (although union exposure isnt essential). There will be an element of UK travel (once a quarter) and the potential for some international travel over time. Due to business growth, the structure of the business and role will be changing due to ambitious expansion plans so you must be commercially minded and be able to work with ambiguity and change.
