A successful US communications and software company is currently recruiting a stand alone HR Manager role for the EMEA region. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international exposure and to be involved in HR at all levels.
As the stand alone HR Manager, this is an autonomous position within the company. You will have the chance to have an active input into recruitment and retention, management development and coaching, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. In addition you will be given the scope and responsibility to influence Human Resources within the business.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified. Relevant experience within Human Resources, but not necessarily at Managerial level, is essential. In addition strong influencing skills and being able to work off your own initiative are key.
