City law firm looking for a strong HR administrator seeking next step to HR Officer. Reporting to the Head of HR you will have a full generalist remit.
Main responsibilities include:
• Liaise with recruiting Partners/managers to draw up job descriptions and job specifications for vacancies
• Undertake selection interviews for secretarial and administrative staff
• Arrange interviews for candidates, provide feedback to partners, agencies and candidates
• Provide advice and guidance on firms policies and procedures
• Administer joiners and leavers process, including induction programmes and exit interviews
• Arrange and administer quarterly meetings with co-ordinating secretaries
• Update HR intranet with current policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records on the HR database
• Provide management information reports
• Assist Head of HR with project work as required
CIPD qualification required with generalist HR Administration experience in a professional services environment.
