Our client a leading outsourced managed service is looking for a dedicated Regional HR Advisor to join a busy and expanding team. This role will be a standalone, operationally hands on and demanding role that is particularly ER focussed. My client is looking for an experienced Advisor who feels comfortable working alone from a HR perspective and feeding in to the wider HR team based in the North. With responsibility for a large remit of staff, you will work directly with line managers to give them the skills to deal with complex ER situations surrounding areas such as immigration issues, complex diversity and bullying etc. This is a varied and interesting role that promises to keep you challenged and motivated. In return you will gain great experience and will join a supportive friendly environment.
