Here is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and accomplished HR generalist to join the HR function of this growing organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution as part of an HR function through the delivery of high quality and timely HR advice on a broad range of issues, managing complex individual cases (including employment tribunals) and leading on a range of high profile projects and development initiatives.
This is a busy and challenging role that requires a CIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR Generalist with strong Employee Relations experience covering restructure & redundancy programmes, TUPE and complex case management. This role will also suit someone with strong project management skills, a high level of numeracy and accuracy and the ability and desire to lead on a wide range of change and development projects, from systems implementation to talent management and L&D/ Management Development programmes. Please note that applicants will need to be available to attend and interview on Thursday 24th September and an immediate start is available for the successful applicant.
