Job Description

An exciting role has emerged within a rapidly expanding business based in the Chester area. My client is looking for a HR Manager to act as a No 2 to the HR Director. With responsibility for a regional base between Chester, Langley and Dublin and approximately 600 staff. This role requires you to be a very visible, hands on Manager and therefore flexibility and willingness to travel are key components of this role. You should expect to be out of the office between 1-2 days a week. This company are going through huge amounts of change and they require someone who has experience of managing change and restructures. They are looking for experience in managing changes in terms and conditions and working patterns. The ideal candidate will have a real positive attitude toward HR, and is really proactive, and can hit the round running. They are looking for someone who is influential at all levels and has influence and authority. The ideal candidate will also have training experience and can write and deliver training at all levels. This is a rapidly growing and evolving business and therefore someone who has a solid HR career in a fast paced environment is essential.
