Interim HR Officer required for distribution site of a large global organisation. Initially for a period of 6, possibly 9 months, covering maternity leave, and working in a team environment you will be provide advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of HR. Day to day duties will involve proactive participation in the recruitment and selection process, advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, preparation of contracts & induction documentation, monitoring headcount & absence statistics, exit interviews, assisting with payroll and ad hoc HR project work.
Candidates must be part or fully CIPD qualified and will have previous experience within in a warehouse/logistics/distribution site.
