This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for an Operational Human Resources Officer to drive forward HR strategy through both effective management of the recruitment process and the implementation of HR Systems. You will play a pivotal role in aligning policies and procedures and ensuring company discipline, grievance and welfare procedures are implemented.

A CIPD qualified professional is required with a background within the Manufacturing, Logistics or Engineering arenas. A forward thinking and creative style and approach is needed if the candidate is to be successful within the role as the environment is fast-paced and often requires a level of adaptability. You will have proven ability to drive the development and implementation of the HR Policies in line with the business requirements.
