My client is a UK leader currently going through exciting times of change and due to continued growth, requires an experienced HR Team Leader to take responsibility for the smooth running of the HR Shared Service. This is a great opportunity for a Shared Services Professional to mould, develop, and grow a function. This role will see you working in partnership with senior management to manage and improve all areas of the service centre. Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Service you will be responsible for recruitment and development of the team, training on systems, and ensuring the ongoing development of customer service. Ideal candidates will have proven experience of working within a shared services environment for a large, complex environment. Strong people management and communication skills are key attributes for the right candidate. You will be CIPD qualified and have a passion for excellent customer service. Any experience in Oracle would be highly desirable. Reference - C-LC-76903a
