My client is a leading organisation and due to a period of upcoming maternity they are currently looking for an Interim HR Advisor for an initial period of 6 – 9 months to join the team to deliver a high quality commercially focussed HR service.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside local managers you will be responsible for delivering the people strategy more effectively. You will challenge and implement working practices whilst dealing with day to day HR issues for your client group such as employees relations, recruitment and selection, training and development and management development.
With HR experience and ideally CIPD qualified or presently studying for it, you will have proven project management skills, customer management skills and have previous experience of working in a complex environment. This position will be to start as soon as possible.
