Interim HR professional required for an immediate start for a large commercial Warrington based organisation currently undergoing a period of change. Working as part of the HR Transformation team you will be responsible for the successful design and implementation of a new accreditation scheme for managers and staff. The successful candidate will have HR generalist experience within a corporate service led background, and have a good understanding of pay, reward and performance management schemes. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders quickly and effectively. This role is offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
