My client has recently experienced an acquisition and as a result has embarked on a period of significant re-organisation and organisational change. As a result they are looking to recruit an interim HR business Partner for an initial period of 9 months to join the organisation as soon as possible.
Working with the HR Director you will take responsibility for a number of specific change management projects as well as some day to day HR issues. You will look at recruitment strategy for the organisation, amendment and changes of terms and conditions, one to one consultations and culture change.
As an experienced HR Manager you will have experience of managing change programmes including post acquisition work in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to gain credibility and have immediate impact with a fair amount of ambiguity and autonomy. This position will be to start immediately
