My client has recently experienced an acquisition and as a result has embarked on a period of significant re-organisation and organisational change. As a result they are looking to recruit an interim HR business Partner for an initial period of 6 months to join the organisation as soon as possible. Working with the HR Director you will take responsibility for a number of specific projects such as recruitment and selection, Induction and training, and some change management projects. An excellent communicator you will have the ability to influence at all levels and hit the ground running. CIPD qualified and an experienced HR Manager you will have experience of managing change programmes and manage the recruitment cycle from conception to completion in a fast paced environment. You will have the ability to gain credibility and have immediate impact with a fair amount of ambiguity and autonomy. This position will be to start immediately. Reference C-EF-76824
