Job Description
My client is facing some exciting and challenging times. Having already experienced a number of re-organisations and a period of consolidation, they are about to embark on a period of further growth. As a result of these growth plans they are now seeking to recruit an interim HR project manager for an initial period of 6 - 9 months.
Working closely with the senior management team you will be responsible for managing Tupe transfers both in and out of the business. You will manage all the due diligence, consultations, negotiations, one to one and all transfer activity both in and out of the organisation.
With previous HR generalist experience you will have been involved in managing numerous TUPE transfers previously involving large numbers of employees. You will have the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively at all times. Experience of working with Unions is important as is excellent change and project management skills.
