A period of expansion has led to my Cheshire based client seeking a HR Advisor. The role will give ambitious individuals the opportunity to take on plenty of responsibility and progression to a HR Manager role is a strong possibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice to the 460-person workforce across a thriving Manufacturing business. An up to date knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice is essential. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, responsibilities will include: Employee Relations Disciplinary and Grievance Absence Management Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have worked within the manufacturing industry and have a minimum of 18 months experience. The salary is £23-25K with additional benefits. This is a permanent position.
