Are you a degree educated (or equivalent) HR professional with experience of working within investment banking or Financial Services. Are you up to date on UK employment Law and legislation?
If so, then I would be interested to speak with you about an exciting opportunity within IB based in the City.
My client is seeking a dynamic individual who possesses strong negotiating skills, who can liaise with a client base at all levels including directors and board members.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of international HR. Will be proactive and have strong project management experience.
Main Duties:
As a key member of the UK based HR team your focus will be to support the business in achieving it's objectives, drive forward HR initiatives and offer excellent operational support. You will also be expected to identify issues and trends and initiate projects across the full spectrum of HR activity. it will be necessary for you to adopt a business approach to HR issues and recommend appropriate actions.
