Job Description

This organisation is a high profile, diverse brand that makes
a tangible difference to people's lives. A key element of their

In this high profile role you'll lead a team of 7 which
provides first class support to an organisation of approx
450 staff. You'll head up a number of major programmes
designed to enhance the skills of their people and the way
in which they work together, so experience of leadership
development and coaching is essential. This is a great
chance to take a proactive role working closely with the most
senior people in the business to deliver these changes.
You'll be an experienced senior HR Manager, CIPD
qualified and graduate calibre with excellent communication
and influencing skills. Your leadership abilities will
demonstrate a track record of talent development in a fast
paced commercial environment.
