This is your chance to play a critical part in the transformation of a leading player in the service sector enabling them to be world-class in their field sitting on the HR Leadership Team and reporting into the HR Director, you'll use your extensive HR experience to support the engineering group of 2,500 whilst heading up a small team. You will provide leadership, direction and advice on people management, organisation and change management challenges facing the organisation, both now and in the future. Proven experience in negotiating and managing relationships at all levels and delivering HR solutions across a complex unionised business will be key. Time spent in a unionised engineering environment will also be a strong preference as will be your ability to facilitate and presentation at a senior level.
