A new role as Head of HR Shared Services has arisen with this leading transport and engineering group. This is a reorganising business that is committed to customer service improving performance throughout its business and this role is key in establishing quality HR service delivery to the business. Reporting to the HR Director this is a diverse role where you will interact with the multi-site London business working in line with corporate policies and standards. Drawing together HR transactional functions to deliver excellent service level delivery you will provide the following to the business : centralised support for recruitment, payroll, training administration and Oracle HR reporting. You will be a skilled HR professional with effective people management skills and be able to deliver quality and high value customer service ideally in an HR shared service role or in a similar HR operational role in a complex large group. This is an exciting challenging role for a focussed motivated Senior HR Manager ready for their next career move.
