This international law firm is committed to leading edge HR practice in its sector. Join their busy HR team as HR Administrator to support the team in this varied and diverse role. Reporting into the HR Business partner this is a truly unique opportunity to join a fast paced, pro-active business and be part of a collaborative working environment.
The successful candidate will hold primary focus in the provision of administrative support to the HR Team management of the HR Systems; and the provision of management reports for both the business and HR.
You will demonstrate experience in the following areas:
•Previous HR Co-ordination or Administration experience;
•Ability to work to tight deadlines;
•Ability to manage a diverse workload and prioritise business needs;
•Ability to work within a team environment;
•A can-do and proactive approach to your work load.
This is an exceptional opportunity to get involved in a number of generalist HR areas including Training & Development, HR Projects, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits as well as Employee Relations. The role is an immediate requirement, and will suit a bright self motivated individual with a detailed approach to work and previous exposure to a Human Resources function.
