Prestigious central London establishment requires a HR Advisor to provide a HR service in terms of employee relations (ER), policy and procedure, and change management; there is also recruitment, appraisals, training and the management of promotions and equal opportunities. The post holder will support managers when dealing with all people management issues, develop and maintain relationships with the unions and support HR project and change management activities as requires. This is a very customer focussed and business partner orientated position, and the successful candidate will have gained experience liaising with senior management and have experience of and commitment to delivering a client focused service. Applicants will be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification with up-to-date employment law knowledge and the ability to deal with sensitive and complex HR issues. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious advisor/officer eager to progress their career.
This is a nine month fixed term contract. Candidates on 4 weeks notice should also apply.
