Job Description

This international law firm is looking for a HR Advisor to join the HR team to provide an advisory service to Partners, including Directors and Associate Directors, through consultation and influence and the effective management of HR administration.

 

You will be responsible for the management of the lateral recruitment process including coordination of administration and managing and coaching sponsoring partners and candidate through the process. You will contribute to the ingoing development of partner Personal Planning and Director and Associate Director Appraisal and Development.

 

You will also drive forward the annual remuneration process for National Partners, Directors and Associate Directors, consulting with the Reward team and draft and manage the production of relevant documentation, including communication to individuals and global HR and payroll.

 

You will ideally by CIPD qualified or part qualified and have experience supervising and managing a small team and have the ability to gain the respect of partners and influence them effectively.
