East London NHS Foundation Trust is a NHS mental health trust which provides services to the City of London, the London Boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Newham.
The Trust's Headquarters are located in Tower Hamlets, close to the City. We operate from 47 community sites, four main inpatient sites and have 663 inpatient beds. The Trust is linked with the University of London, City University and South Bank University.
Reporting into the HR Manager for the directorate you will provide the full range of comprehensive and professional HR services within the Directorate; including managing grievance and disciplinary cases, employee relations and advising line managers and staff on organisational policy and best practice.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and require strong employment law knowledge and a wealth of experience working in a true advisory role. In addition you will have a proven track record in building and developing relationships with all levels of staff, up to and including members of the senior management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR advisor to further their career in an exciting and busy HR environment. Experience of working within the public or not for profit sector is welcomed, but not essential.
