My client is an international renowned legal practice with offices in London Europe and Asia. Currently there is a requirement for a competent and self motivated HR Assistant who will assist the HR Advisors with the recruitment administration and general HR issues. Duties will include amongst others Recruitment co-ordination e.g. interview organisation, liaise with agencies/candidates re: start dates Preparation of recruitment correspondence e.g. offer letters Help to co-ordinate national and international recruitment campaign Ensure all applicants CVs are logged on the recruitment database Provide administrative support to all members of the HR team, across all areas of the generalist function including recruitment and employee relations administration The successful candidate will obtain A degree and or CPP A broad understanding of the responsibilities of the HR function within a corporate environment Excellent computer systems skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and diary and e-mail system This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed so apply now for an immediate interview.
