The HR Division of this highly regarded professional institution provides a comprehensive service to various client groups including group corporate functions. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide a first-class, highly responsive HR service to the dedicated client group and other stakeholders. It is essential to continue the established reputation of the HR department as that of a highly proactive, business-oriented and customer-focused service.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will lead and contribute to the development of business strategy across all faculties and operational areas, requiring a high level of business and specialist HR skills, knowledge and expertise and will have direct management responsibility for some of the HR operations team made up of Advisors and Senior Advisors. As you manage the change, you will be exposed to a variety of operational issues so it is important that you are comfortable to manage the business through risk, whilst at the same time coaching a developing your HR team.
Degree or MICPD/equivalent qualified, plus experience in a senior post qualification managerial/HR generalist role with proven experience of an advising managers on the full range of HR issues including recruitment and selection; employee relations, job evaluation, performance management and staff development.
