This is an exciting and varied generalist role providing specific practices within the UK and Ireland business units in line with the HR strategy and business objectives. You will be involved in all aspects of generalist HR from advising managers on HR Best Practice, employee relations, performance management, talent management and compensation and benefits. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in some exciting, pan-European projects around talent management and development, as well as providing expertise on due diligence and mobilisation and harmonisation activity associated with commercial bids. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HR generalist experience gained within a commercial environment. You will also possess a proven track record in managing change and restructures including TUPE transfers. Experience of contributing to commercial bids from a HR perspective would be a distinct advantage, but applications may be considered from people without this. This is a fast-paced and interesting environment, that offers the right candidate a great deal of variety and challenge and enormous scope for growth.
