Subsidiary company of a FTSE 100 business is looking for an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist to join their expanding HR team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for a highly demanding client group, working in partnership with business leaders and acting as a commercial partner. The successful candidate will provide inventive solutions to issues faced by senior management, develop action plans for change and ensure the implementation of initiatives. Whilst the role will have a large element of employee relations, the client requires a commercially astute business partner who can really drive change through the organisation.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent you will be able to demonstrate you expertise as commercial HR professional with experience of working within a customer service or sales driven environment with an intellectually demanding client group. You will be also be working closely with the divisional Director so evidence of commercial awareness is critical.
