Due to a recent restructure a new opportunity has arisen with this leading international PR Agency. Reporting to the Director of HR & Development this is a rewarding and challenging role within a fast moving commercial business. You will deal with the following :-
•Conduct learning needs analysis and feed into Learning and Development plans
•Deliver key skills programmes to enhance managers' skills in supporting, developing and deploying talent
•Oversee the induction process and continuously review and improve process to assist retention
•Identify rescourcing needs. Work with Business, Finance and Recruitment Partner to define requirements and propose and implement best solution
•Activate personal development planning
•Proactive analysis of absence & holiday data together with tacit performance information to address stress, surfacing frustrations & imminent departure
•Provide accurate business orientated advice and counselling to Line Managers to ensure employee relations issues are managed to satisfactory conclusion
•Utilise outputs from PM process to develop learning and development plan, succession plan and career plans
•Manage salary review and promotion rises
