HR Manager (12 month contract) Maternity Cover
Salary 40k – 45k depending on experience
Based in the City
Our Client is an expert in providing protection and indemnity cover for smaller and more specialised craft the Company' is one of the oldest Protection & Indemnity Clubs in the world.
Our Client is looking for an HR Manager to cover maternity leave for a minimum of 12 months. Ideally you would have set up a HR function or come from a stand-alone background with strong generalist knowledge.
The HR Manager role will be covering:
Strategic HR Management, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Induction, Performance reviews twice a year, Presentations, Learning & Development, updating policies & procedures, implementing change.
Experience required:
CIPD qualified
Experience of Expat
Experience of working in a forever-changing environment
Staff management
This role would suit someone who is currently working as an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor
