HR Manager Generalist Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to provide full dedicated Human Resources support for the EMEA offices in a stand alone role reporting to the United States. You will get involved in a number of Human Resources activities from recruitment, performance management, legal compliance, employee relations, salary administration, compensation plans, succession plans. The position is largely a stand alone role reporting to Director of Operations. Key responsibilities: Advise management and staff on all Human Resources issues within the UK and EMEA The successful candidate must have previous experience in a Human Resources generalist role, CIPD qualification and EMEA experience is essential. You will need to have good working knowledge of all Human Resources practices and principles. The ability to build a good rapport with people is vital as is the ability to solve problems in a timely manner. The candidate needs to be a self starter who is confident and self sufficient.
