HR Operational Officer Leading London Law Firm - £35k
Working as the Number 2 to HR Manager you will be supervising 2 administrators. This role will cover reporting and statistics with regards to HR Management information. You will also cover benefits and reward work and have some exposure to payroll, will have to stand in for payroll Manager in her absence ( for which training will be provided). You will also cover the solicitor relocation scheme, updating policies and procedures, renewing employee handbook, and looking at flexible benefits. Someone with strong HR projects experience, not just generalist would be ideal for this position.
