An outstanding university with special links with the City of London is currently looking for a temporary HR Process Specialist for an immediate start for six weeks to complete a Policy and Procedure project. The university plays an active role in the business and professional life of the capital and pride themselves on their close contacts with other leading professional institutions and with business and industry, both at home and abroad. With a high academic standing, their success is demonstrated by their graduate employment record, which is one of the best in the country. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a project for an internationally recognised organisation, who value their people. The ideal candidate will have a Generalist background and would have used SAP HR thoroughly in their day to day activities. The main focus is to complete the production of a hard copy policy and procedure manual which can be developed later into an on-line resource. Your role will include: Review all HR administrative and professional HR processes and design effective and efficient systems To record the new systems as both process maps and descriptive text To produce check lists and sign off procedures Produce template letters which are password protected and only allow certain fields to be amended Implement changes and train HR staff If you are interested in this opportunity on an interim basis, and are available immediately, please email your CV to (email address removed) .
