The Interim Head of HR will be required to step into the organisation to continue the development and delivery of the HR strategy.
The HR Agenda will include:
•Continuing the development of the organisation to be the best in ‘people'
•Ensuring Best Practice amongst the business
•Ensure the organisational plan matches the people plan

The business launched a new management development programme 6 months ago; whilst there is a Learning Manager in place the Interim Head of HR will ensure that this programme continues it drive across the business.
