Our client, one of the leading Brand Management companies in the fashion and outdoor markets are currently looking for an Interim People Business Partner to join their Human Resources team. They are passionate about their products and focussed on creativity and performance. Honesty and Integrity are key to their brand which they are always striving to improve. They are looking for a like-minded individual with a passion to succeed and make their mark in this exciting role. As People Business Partner, your role will include responsibility for 12 retail stores across the United Kingdom. You will be required to plan, manage, monitor and control all activities of the HR function to ensure that the right people are in the right jobs based on the Group's objectives. Harmonious Employee Relations and effective communication channels will be part of your remit to maintain, as well as a appropriate training and development programs. Your role will include: Recruitment and Selection Management Succession Performance Management Compensation Learning and Development The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with extensive knowledge and experience of best practice Human Resource Management, operating at a senior management level. You will also be MCIPD qualified and able to travel to retail store as required.
