My clients an International and leading Law firm based in the City of London currently seek a strong Senior HR Officer 40-45K.

Supporting a HR manager for the fee earning function, this firm is looking for a HR generalist with exceptional ER skills and a proactive and commercial attitude. In this new role you will have the opportunity to really take ownership and make real business decisions as you advise your client group.

This is an urgent requirement and the successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Experience in the Legal working with Fee Earners/Partners as a client group

Confident HR professional with a commercial approach to making business decisions

Exceptional ER skills
