My client a leading consultancy business in Derbyshire is looking to recruit a HR Manager to join their team in a brand new role! Alongside the growth of the business they feel it is now the right time to bring in a strong HR professional to lead the HR initiative. This is a generalist role reporting into the Financial director looking after all areas from policies & procedures, recruitment & selection, employee relations, training and development and health & safety. Requirements:
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Ability to communicate at all levels
