My client is currently looking to recruit an interim HR Advisor for a period of 3 months to be based in East Midlands.
Reporting to the Area HR manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day HR operations for the east midlands site including disciplinaries and grievances, absence management, advice and guidance to line managers on ER issues and Management information. You will also be responsible for all day to day administration including new starters and leavers.
Ideally a graduate studying towards your CIPD qualification, you will have experience of employee relations with a blue chip organisation. You will have experience of applying HR policies and practices and partner line managers effectively as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. This position will be to start immediately.
