Job Title:Interim International HR Advisor Salary:c£250 - £300 per day 8 weeks Location: Midlands Start Date:October Ref:020144/AG The Company This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global Utility Solutions provider. The Role Youll support the International HR in the day to day management to ensure a high quality IHR service to the business and deliver a professional and consistent IHR service to the international business through effective administration coupled with a quality advisory service to managers and employees. Your role will also support the overall process for long and short term international assignments, lead the outbound and return processes for all assignees and actively support and provide advice and guidance to Business Managers in all HR related matters. The Person Ideally youll have International experience and delivering a high quality service in a fast-paced environment, be CIPD qualified and have an understanding in International tax and social security. In compliance with the new regulations (April 2004) in place under the Employment Agencies Act, JAM HR will require proof of identification. A current copy of a passport, driving licence, ID card or NI card will be required as part of the registration process. Email and faxed copies are acceptable.
