An exciting opportunity has arisen within in a leading Financial Services organisation based in Dorset for a Part Time HR Associate – 20 hours a week, 10am-4pm, 5 days a week.
Our Client is looking to improve business performance in line with the Group and SBU/SSU strategies by providing a comprehensive Human Resources service to various managers, management teams and SBUs/SSUs.
You would act as first point of contact for the management team for all HR issues in relation to their strategy and operational issues across the SSU/SBU.
You will need to have solid operational HR knowledge including experience of supporting managers through business change. Experience of HR policy development and implementation is also required and good working knowledge of employment legislation is essential.
The successful candidate would be an active member of Group HR Team, contributing to projects or work streams that impact across the Group, sharing experience and good practice with functional colleagues. It is also anticipated that the HR Business Associate will participate in Group HR initiatives as requested.
Salary up to £28,000 per annum pro rata.
