My client is a prestigious firm based just outside of Cambridge and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join another 3 in their expanding business. As this position will involve taking ownership of one of the key business areas which is currently going from strength to strength, applicants should have a background in fast moving organisations. Examples that have been mentioned are retail, manufacturing and telecoms ideally.

On a CV, my client will first look for commercial experience. Looking to pursue a successful HR policy strategically, applicants must have industrial background including proof of innovation and cost saving. As you will be working along side other HR BPs and liasing with key stakeholders on a regular basis, candidates must be comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.
