Salary £24,586 to £26,213 plus benefits
Our client is the largest provider of affordable housing in Peterborough. They now require a Human resources advisor to join their team.
Their HR is integral to the success of their organisation and you will be positioned to support managers with things that make a difference. This role will allow you to exercise your problem solving and enabling skills in a consultative way and to make the most of your knowledge and experience. You will also be involved in developing HR policies and procedures and encouraging managers to deal confidently with staffing issues and play an important part in the wider work of the HR department which supports their corporate agenda.
It is essential you can think on your feet and be resilient in a changing environment. With demonstrable relevant HR advisory experience and a thorough understanding of employment law, you will be articulate, have competent ICT skills and be able to establish good working relationships. You will also be CIPD qualified; customer focused and have exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills to manage a busy and varied workload. Finally, knowledge of health and safety and experience of defining and delivering learning and development activities will also be required.
