My NHS client is looking to appoint an Interim Human Resources Manager due to expansion to there department. Ideally a candidate for this role will be: Have a generalist skill set. Minimum of 3 years experience at HR Advisor level Extensive knowledge of up to date employment law CIPD qualified or equivalent Be able to hit the ground running. Once a successful candidate has been appointed then they will be expected to: Support all HR issues Provide advice and guidance on all HR issues including disciplines, grievances and absence management. Implement change agenda through developing strategies Over seeing and work closely with recruitment team.
