Job Description

Supporting the Human Resources Manager in specific Units and Directorates within the Trust. Duties include assisting with the preperation and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Identify and assist with recruitment and retention initiatives, liasing with the HR Manager and Heads of departments. Advising managers on Employment Law, Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance management issues. Contribute on the Trust's induction programme and Learning and Development strategy. Undertake ad hoc Training events as requested by managers across the Trust. Please get in contact with me if you wish to find out more information regarding the position.
