Working for the health service the Human Resources Advisor will be primarily responsible for promoting good HR practice in the areas of Recruitment and Employee Relations. You will have a good level of experience of working at Adviser level within a large human resources function. You will understand the grievance and disciplinary process as well as performance management and absence management. In addition to strong generalist skills you will have a good knowledge of data interpretation and manipulation. An understanding of Agenda for Change would be desirable though not essential.
