Rapidly expanding investment bank seeks a HR Assistant with previous experience within the financial markets.
The role would suit an individual who is able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility and would offer full involvement in the HR departments activities. This is a busy and challenging role and would suit an experienced HR Assistant who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Ideally you will have proven experience in dealing with Generalist HR functions and processes and have had exposure to recruitment and selection, and training and development within a financial/bluechip environment.
