My client, an innovative global organisation, is seeking a HR Manager to join the team at its Dartford offices.
The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive HR service to your business area, this includes working in partnership with the management team to facilitate and support people development.
You will provide a proactive and best practice HR service aligned to the business needs in terms of:
Recruitment & Selection
Employee Relations
Reward
Performance Management
Employment Legislation
You will influence and lead cultural and organisational change initiatives, support succession planning and work in partnership with the compensation and benefits, and learning and development teams.
You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to build and maintain good working relationships, have excellent influencing skills and be CIPD accredited.
