About the Role

Working closely with the Senior HR Officer, this is a great opportunity for a HR Officer looking for a position that will offer career progression and support.
This is a full generalist role that will allow you to expand on and develop your skills and knowledge gained to date in, recruitment, develop/ update HR Policies, advise on ER activity, as well as facilitating training and development. On top of the day to day activity you will be involved with various HR projects including Diversity, H&S and other ad-hoc projects.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in HR, implementing HR practices, ability to prioritise and influence stakeholders as well as a good solid understanding of all areas of HR. Ideally you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for HR as well as being CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Ideally you will studying towards a postgraduate or MA CIPD qualification, or equivalent.
