HR Business Partner
This leading retail business requires an experienced HR Manager to join their HR function and lead on a number of key organisational wide projects. With strong Generalist HR skills you will be working on a newly implemented cultural change project as the business. Operational changes has included a new customer service programme across the organisation therefore bringing the need for new HR initiatives to be implemented, such as employee engagement. There will also be the need to manage a variety of operational HR issues too, such as employee relations and general HR policy advice. This HR Manager role will be an excellent opportunity should you be looking to play an integral part in the organisational change within a large national company. As this is a UK wide role, there will be the need to travel and work across a number of sites within the country. It is highly likely that this role could go permanent.
